Y chromosome in Men

So is it true that Fathers don't pass any genetic material to their sons from their mothers? If it's only the Y chromosome donated to their male offspring( sons) does it mean that they don't pass any genetic information from their own mothers at all?

The answer is yes, they do pass genetic information from their own mothers.
