Radation levels need to be monitored in these areas of oil, coal and gas. Uranium is found in pockets throughout this area. Ancient geological formations are uncovered exposing element that can be dangerous to the enviroment of those living in the area. Those areas are around anyway in certain hollows in Eastern Kentucky.
