Actually a "rainbow warrior" is a member of the LGTB community that is willing to stand up and face the criticism, taunts and harassment that come from people like you in order to fight for our rights and equality.

In the context of topix and your post it was a way for some punk ass bitch of a troll to attack me over the fact that I'm gay and try to provoke me into a fight over on the mods thread.

Thanks for showing your lack of character by bringing it over here as bait just in case I had missed it over there.

Native American Prophecies

Many people feel the birth of the Rainbow Family was foretold many, many years ago by various Native American tribes. Unfortunately, all of these tales are Oral Histories, so the specifics vary from version to version. About all we can do is compare the versions, and try to get the basic "feel" of the prophecy.

Warriors of the Rainbow

This prophecy is the one that has become famous as it fortells the birth of the "Rainbow Warriors", who will save the earth from environmental destruction. Many people feel that we are these Rainbow Warriors.

The bottom line is that religion or "God" is not synonymous with morals. People that don't believe in God can have morals too. Many conservatives just refuse to acknowledge that.
It just so happens that this country's citizens are diverse not only in culture but spiritual and religious beliefs. You can't force one person's beliefs on the whole.
tell us something, O'Bright One. did YOU ever attend a public sch during the 40s, 50s or even thru the 60s?

if NOT, then you have NO effing idea how 'having God' in public schools would be, would YOU?

what you DO have is the Progressive propaganda of what it WOULD be like. which is a LIE.

I attended public schools from 1957 thru 1970... the college level students that protested so MUCH during the 60s were the PRODUCTS of public ed WITH God in them... for at least half of their K-12 educations. were they morons, too?

let's see, our current Pres IS a product of POST-Godless public ed, isn't he? as are the majority of our pol leaders, aren't they?

how do THEY compare to ALL of the leaders we have had before God was taken out of THEIR schooling?

which would you rather have in school with YOUR kids: God or godless-ness? religious-backed morals or 'anything goes'? hungry kiddies getting 'free' food or well-fed kids coming to be educated? ever more fatherless kids with NO polite social skills or kids from traditional, nuclear families? medicated children or disciplined children? at-risk kids or kids being parented/educated to take risks to succeed?

Speak NOT of that which YOU Know NOT...

OR...

Better to say Nothing and be Thought a FOOL than to Speak and PROVE You are a FOOL.

pray tell, what 'far right radicals' preach 'hate'?
give me an example, please.

try not to include those on the 'right' that simply express a DEEPLY held religious belief... some poster just before you said all religious folks could exercise THEIR convictions (like Muslims).

you aren't calling such Muslims exercising THEIR beliefs 'haters', are you?

what is good for the goose (Progressive/liberal) is good for the gander (right/conservative), right?

Question: How many times over the past four years have exploitative liberal journalists and Democratic leaders rushed to pin random acts of violence on the tea party, Republicans, Fox News and conservative talk radio?

Answer: Nearly a dozen times, including the 2009 massacre of three Pittsburgh police officers (which lib journos falsely blamed on Fox News, Glenn Beck and the “heated, apocalyptic rhetoric of the anti-Obama forces”); the 2009 suicide insurance scam/murder hoax of Kentucky census worker Bill Sparkman (which New York magazine falsely blamed on Rush Limbaugh,“conservative media personalities, websites and even members of Congress”); the 2009 Holocaust museum shooting (which MSNBC commentator Joan Walsh blamed on Limbaugh, Bill O’Reilly and yours truly); the 2010 Times Square jihad bomb plot (which Mayor Michael Bloomberg falsely blamed on tea party activists protesting Obamacare); and the 2011 Tucson massacre, which liberals continue to blame on former GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin.

Question: What will this rabid Blame Righty mob do now that an alleged triple-murderer has singled out prominent lefties in the media and Hollywood for fawning praise as part of his crazed manifesto advocating cop-killing?

Answer: Evade, deflect, ignore and whitewash.

This week, former Los Angeles Police Department Officer Christopher Dorner allegedly shot and killed three innocent people in cold blood. He was the subject of a massive manhunt as of Thursday afternoon. Dorner posted an 11,000-word manifesto on Facebook that outlined his chilling plans to target police officers.

CNN headlined its story on the rant:“Alleged cop-killer details threats to LAPD and why he was driven to violence.” MSNBC reported:“Manifesto: Alleged Revenge Shooter Named Targets.” KTLA-TV in Los Angeles went with:“Christopher Dorner’s Manifesto (Disturbing Content and Language).”

There was a curious, blaring omission in both the headlines and the stories from these supposedly objective outlets, though. Dorner expressed rather pointed, explicit views of news personalities and celebrities who have influenced, entertained and uplifted him. Dorner praised stars from Ellen DeGeneres and Charlie Sheen (“you’re effin awesome”) to “Jennifer Beals, Serena Williams … Tamron Hall … Natalie Portman, Queen Latifah … Kelly Clarkson, Nora Jones, Laura Prepon, Margaret Cho and Rutina Wesley.”

The shout-outs to liberal journalists go on at length:

er, how does YOUR answer compare to Rev Jackson's Rainbow Coalition and its 'warriors'?

methinks u have defined a 'rainbow warrior' TOO narrowly...:)

a better definition would be a person that believes ALL things are good... even if they are marginal or anti-social or too radical.

ALL encompassing... like the colors of the rainbow... hence,'rainbow warrior'.

all, that is, EXCEPT conservative/right/old-fashion ed/non-Progressive ideals/morales/social mores.

or, a rainbow with only 50% of the colors...LOL

sounds just like the typical Progressive euphenism: sounds different than it really is (rainbow but not really).

You should have taken that last quote and applied it to yourself.

I never said that I knew what it was like to go to school in the 1940's, 50's and 60's. Those that protested so much in the 60's were primarily liberals. It has nothing to do with God in school. Unless you have a link proving it? No?

The fabric of moral society has taken a downturn but making the claim that it is due to taking God out of school is conjecture and nothing more.

I don't need to have gone to school in the 50's to know what the constitution says right NOW and to see how hypocritical Conservative bullchit impacted society then and what it would do now. All I have to do is pick up a book.

As I previously said, your assessments on the ills of society and contributing them to the taking God out of schools is complete, unproven, CONSERVATIVE conjecture, and propaganda. People that don't believe in God are not necessarily any less moral than your average Evangelical pasture. Especially the ones you see in the news for picking up a prostitute on Hollywood Blvd.

Media censors Obamanoid cop killer’s manifesto

Imagine if a Tea Party member had written a hate-filled manifesto, killed three people, gone on the run, and then declared “asymmetrical warfare” against a major police department while threatening to slaughter entire families – do you think the mainstream media would be interested in what that manifesto had to say about such an individual’s political beliefs?

Take ObamaCare: That's the delusional notion that we can start giving out free medical care to tens of millions of people, including half of Mexico, and it'll actually cost less. Morons, children and liberals think this is possible, because they are "rainbow warriors"... and slightly f*cking stupid. Math, common sense or just plain old reality do not awaken these people.
By the way, when they get to the end of the rainbow and there's no pot of gold, what do you think they do? Do they feel betrayed by Obama's lies or actually start to think for themselves? No, the scream this at the tops of their voices: "OMG! It's so obvious that the greedy rich got her first and stole the pot of gold. We need MORE rainbows, more free sh*t and higher taxes!"
ObamaZombies: just like regular zombies, only you can't just shoot them in the brain to stop them, cause they don't have a brain.

personally, those 'hate groups' are the OPINION of some one that opposes waht they (the groups) believe in. of course, they would label them hate groups.

but, do they really, really advocate HATE or just OPPOSITION?

for real in-your-face example of a 'group' that 'hates' both religion and open democratic election results and is NOT afraid to show it, on national television no less, I submit this past Dem Nat'l Conv's voice vote on rather or NOT to restore 'God' to their platform.

the Nays clearly prevailed YET the Chair said otherwise... I would say that CLEARLY makes the majority of those participating ANTI-God and their leaders ANTI-democratic. or, using your definition, HATERS instead of merely opposers.

since I do recognize and support and uphold democratic votes, I say that makes the New People's Democratic People's Progressive Party GODLESS and anti-democratic.

and, of course, it would follow that those that support it and its candidates ARE the same.:)

I mean, YOU wouldn't SUPPORT something YOU didn't AGREE with, would YOU?(NOT saying YOU are a Member, just asking a question.)

and here I thought you, WA, were above simple Progressive demagoguery.:)
