Ending poverty hinges on tougher environmental goals: study
Governments must impose radical limits on everything from water use to greenhouse gases if they want to have any chance of ending global poverty, a group of scientists said.

Another load of garbage to support extracting more tax dollars from the real tax payers. Natural resources have been regulated for the real tax payers for years and there is plenty of poverty around the world today. The scare tactics continue to go on and on.
