"Fire Ice" is just a clever tag line invented by stupid journalists who have no real education. It is typical of the spin and spam around real subjects in the 'new pravda' of current news content.

You can still find out facts in the news but you have to read between the lines and take most of it as propaganda, isolating the truth from what they are trying to hide.
