Agreed.. "Pennsylvania produces roughly one percent of the worlds greenhouse gas pollution. Congress has stymied the federal steps needed to make any big dent in global warming, so its up to states like Pennsylvania to act.
To do that, state lawmakers need good information. Thats why the state Legislature passed the Pennsylvania Climate Change Act.
And thats why the Corbett administration should follow through in a timely, scientifically responsible way on the work required by that law."
