Agreed.. "Pennsylvania produces roughly one percent of the world’s greenhouse gas pollution. Congress has stymied the federal steps needed to make any big dent in global warming, so it’s up to states like Pennsylvania to act.

To do that, state lawmakers need good information. That’s why the state Legislature passed the Pennsylvania Climate Change Act.

And that’s why the Corbett administration should follow through — in a timely, scientifically responsible way — on the work required by that law."
