Kansas girl files lawsuit to force CO2 restrictions
A 14-year-old northeast Kansas girl has sued Gov. Sam Brownback's administration in hopes of forcing it to impose limits on carbon dioxide emissions.

The real issue here is going to be, how smart and capable is the lawyer. The issue is secondary to how skilled the lawyer is and that is a shame.
One reason that an informed public is a better first line of defense on the 'public good'.
