If Redford wants to argue based on Alberta's prime environmental record, shouldn't she start creating it first?
BS only takes you so far.
But "The most basic truth is that" liquid bitumen is extremely hard on even good pipelines and the most basic truth is that pipeline companies based in Calgary have a truly terrible record of maintaining their lines without leakage. It is never a question of if, but only of how often, and how much they lie about the size or the costs.
