How Do We Get the Salt Out of the Water to Use for Food?

Most table salt for home and commercial use comes from mineral deposits be mined from the ground. However, some people prefer the more complex taste of sea salt on their food. But I have no idea on it, how do we get salt out water to use for food? If anyone having idea on it, then please share with me.
