Boric acid blown into all fabric surfaces, all cracks, small spaces. All openings in walls, floors, ceilings closed using materials cockroaches can't eat. Electrical outlets and other opening for plumbing or cables sealed. Regular thorough vacuuming. Establish what species are the problem. Keep things DRY! Check with USA federal exterminators. The USA Congress had a similar problem and federal exterminators eliminated it. Gheckos are also very useful. The eat large numbers of cockroaches and are active at night when cucarachas are also active.
