One month ago today, an orthopedic surgeon in Belgium performed the first partial-knee replacement on a patient using a hand-held "smart drill" developed by a team of robotics, mechanical engineering and software development specialists at Blue Belt Technologies Inc.

This is incredible!I have a friend who is a mechanical engineer in Calgary and he stumbled across this fascinating story and said I should read it. It's incredible how far technology has come! Pretty soon we'll be unstoppable. Thanks for inventing and creating and improving lives!
