Washington State Seeks Public Help to Clean Puget Sound
OLYMPIA, Washington , April 27, 2009 - Carrying millions of pounds of toxic contaminants each year, stormwater is the biggest urban water quality threat in the rainy state of Washington, the state Department of Ecology has determined.

Homeland sercurity funding, they have it, just let them know how terrorist can cause issuses with your cause and they will fund you, or you can do a science project and DARP will fund you.
