Well, I highly doubt it weighed 20 tons. From what I've read on it, the most it's weighed was 9 tons. But 20 tons? That's just ridiculus. Maybe that was the weight of the Spino plus that great lab you were in. As far as its jaw goes, I havent found any numbers on it's bite force. However, I have read that it couldn't have been as strong as a T-Rex bite. I mean how much pressure can hollow teeth stand anyway? T-Rex's feeding bite was measured at 350,00 newtons of pressure. I don't even want to imagine what the force would be if the Rex was actually trying to kill something. And that thing had the perfect teeth to do it too; thick, strong and solid.
Their.I fixed it for you.The T.Rex actually has 350,000 newtons of preasure.DID YA KNOW THAT?..im probbably wrong anyway.

T.Rex may have the strongest bite of land predators, but even thought has bigger bite than Spinosaurus, naaaaaaah it sucks. Dunkloesteus, a 6-ton fish of the Carniberfous era in the Permian period, had the strongest bite.

PS. Rottweiler(dog) has stronger bite than a pitbull.

wrong spino was really the largest predatory dinosaur that ever lived, spino had claws bigger than metre rulers and also it's bite has more grip carcharodontosaurus was the same size as Trex and Gigo and all spino had to do was slash or smash it's face(head)anyway im just saying that spino could just about beat anything it came across I mean anything watch biggest killer dino and get your facts right your just wrong.Oh and they made spino smaller in JP3 just my opinion and facts.

Spinosaurus's claws could only have given rex a scratch or two. However, you're right about the screaming part. That should have ended the fight. Spinosaurus wouldn't have been used to killing large predators, nor was it capable of doing so.
That is where you are wrong. Spinosaurus was more than capable of killing large predators. It's massive size and weight made it a formidable foe, and its claws could do serious damage. Although a fight between the two never happened, if the two predators ever fought, it would not have been a one-sided battle.

According to current size estimates, Spinosaurus could have weighed between 7.7 to 20 tons. Even at the lightest end of that scale, it still weighed more than T-Rex.

Spino = 9-12 tons.
T.rex = 7-9 tons.
Who's heavier now?

Mass = Size.
1st. Spinosaurus.
2nd. Carcharodontosaurus.
3rd. Giganotosaurus.

However, Scott Hartman's recent analysis has concluded that Tyrannosaurus, at a maximum of nearly ten tons (9500 kg), was heavier than Giganotosaurus.

Secondly, what's all this **** about Spinosaurus being only four tons?! It was at least 9 tons in weight, because of its sturdy and heavy build. Only its head was lightly built; it was one enormous theropod.

There is no scientific study claiming that Spinosaurus was 18 meters long. All the other studies are saying something like 14-16 tons.

Spinosaurus wasn't a terrestrial super-predator, as it would actually have been amphibious and hunted mostly in or from the water. It was not fast at all and was not constructed for dealing with large terrestrial prey. Spinosaurus taking down Paralititan is ridiculous, and I doubt it would have even hunted Ouranosaurus.

Dude, Spino is 7-20 tons. However, I don't think 20 tons is accurate, more like 17 tons.
Carch is 6-15 tons. To me, more like 13 tons.
Giga is 6-13 tons. More like 10 tons.
And T.rex is 5-10 tons. 9 tons for me.

Yes. That's a fact. When they made a jurassic parkIII everyone thought that the idea of spino kicking t rex's ass was just crazy, but the director knew about the discovery of a 19m long spinosaurus weighting 17tonnes. T rex is nothing compared to that, neither giganotosaurus is.
More like to 15.6 m and 10-12 tons, but still the biggest.

ARE YOU SAYING THAT GIGANOTOSAURUS WAS DISCOVERED BEFORE SPINOSAURUS?

Or is this another case of cryptic grammar that no one can make sense of?
