Godzilla is not real. Therefore you cannot include it.

I don't know the biggest carnivore but some bigger than spinosaurus are megalodon, liopluerodon, multiple mososaurs and such.

This thread clearly means largest TERRESTRIAL carnivore, however:
I'm just curious, but which mosasaurids do you think are larger than Spinosaurus?
No known mosasaurids are know to be anywhere near as long (Tylosaurus, Mosasaurus and Hainosaurus max out at under 13 meters, contrary to the often quoted mythical 15 meter specimens) and are extremely serpentine.

By length Spinosaurus is blatantly larger (even conservative short-tailed reconstructions are about 14 meters long). It may be smaller by mass though, but I don't know enough about mosasaurids to even begin to estimate their mass, even roughly.

As for Liopleurodon... please don't.
The largets known specimen was barely 6.4 meters long and wouldn't even have been half the weight of a Spinosaurus. Kronosaurus may have been larger than Spino, Pliosaurus funkei (Predator X) and the even larger Pliosaurus macromerus would have dwarfed it, however.

Mosasaurus, tylosaurus, hainosaurus, predator x, pliosaurus, kronosaurus,
giant mosasaur and liopuerodon are not dinosaurs. They are sea monsters, however.

What, you think Spinosaurus is aquatic? Or have you never heard the word "terrestrial" before and you are just guessing at its meaning?
