Individually, no animal that I know would have great chances. Livyatan melvillei is a bit smaller at max size and has smaller, less voluminous potent jaws. The sperm whales lacks really effective weapons, though a ram would be risky for the shark, which also has a potent ramming capability and a much more dangerous weaponry.
There was no super giants sperm whales, that's only old whalers fish stories, just like the "12 m" great white or 18 m anacondas. Few sperm whales got above 18 m. That's already huge by any mean.

Well actually jaw bones and other records does suggest sperm whales exeeding 26 metres, true all the giants (20m+) have been wiped out by whaling but males ranging from 15-18 metres are still quite common today and maybe even a few 20metre sperm whales are out there, megaladon is overrated its never been proven that they were over 16m. A 20m estimate is optimistic for a megaladon and even at 20m even if the megaladon was twice as thick as a whale shark couldn't be near 100 tons, mass to mass sharks are lighter than whales and even a blue whale at 20m long doesn't weigh over 75 tons, at about 120 tons the blue whale had to be high on blubber and over 27m long, another example is an 6metre long orca weighs about 5 tons but a 6 metre long great white weighs 2 ton at best, the point is even if there was an 20m long megaladon it couldn't weigh over 40-50 tons at the very most unless it was as high and dense as it was long.
And now animals in the sea that could kill an fully grown megaladon? Predator x and the ancient sperm whale would have a good chance, also the 25m modern sperm whale could also ram the shark to death, and even a groip of orcas could probably take an megaladon, and its hard to see a megaladon beating a blue whale if the whale decided to attack an megaladon I doubt it could survive constant hits from a 200ton animal to the side, before anyone say the megaladon could tear up a blue whale, don't fooled its like saying a great white could kill a large minke whale or even a 12m long brydes whale and the great white couldn't so a megaladon couldn't take a 32m 200 ton whale.
