I think Torvosaurus wins cause megalosaurus is more primitiv. It lived earlier. Torvo is more developed and had probably better reflexes. I think its also a bit more intellegent and had a bit better sight. There about same size.
Megalosaurus: 9 meter and up to 2 tons
Torvosaurus: 8,5-9 meter and 2 tons

Yea, from what I see, I agree with Premania, size and design is similar, Torvosaurus is a more advanced predator, so I would say torvosaurus would win a little more.
