We don't even know how agile Megalodon is just by looking at teeth, so please don't say that Megalodon is more agile than Basilosaurus.

Because cartiallage don't fossilize,we have a jaw with teeth so based on a great white shark we can recreate Megalodon but it might not be accurate but that's all for now and isn't it obvious?Meg is more agile because it's shorter(in length) so it get less water resistance and also it's lighter than a 60-80 tons Basilosaurus and finally it's made up of cartillage and muscles which allows it to be more manuverable and boost agility.

big al i agree, there is no way basilo could have eaten megalodon since it wasn't built to do that.
OF COURSE because Basilosaurus wouldn't need to.

True. Which is why Carcharocles wins.
Take out the "Carcharocles" and replace it with "nobody".

And?a body with only cartillage and muscles, organs and blood allows the shark to move faster and be more agile and more manuverable than the whale.
Mosasaurs were fast and agile and they had bones.

Megalodon will win because basilosaurus does not have a thick body.
So it is EASY! For megalodon to bite through the flesh.

Megalodon is a clam, so I'd favour Basilosaurus here.

I favour Megalodon. One good bite and the Basilosaurus is history, but if the Basilosaurus bites Megalodon first i don't see it being an instant-kill.

Same size, but Megalodon doesn't require air, and is more agile(cartilage is more flexible than bone). It'll be the first to get in position for a bite. After that, it's only a matter of time before the whale loses blood and dies.

Yes but if you look at a modern great white, they are faster on a straight course but when it comes to turning they are not as maneuvarable. Although i don't think the Basilosaurus would be very good at turning quickly either, Megalodon would be even less maneuvarable than a modern great white due to it's much greater size. But yes if it gets a bite in, the Basilo will bleed out and die.

Megalodon are clam...
RE: Size, Basilosaurus is longer but is miles slimmer, wouldnt be as heavy (big). Would probably be more agile based on this, but would get pretty much destroyed in most cases.

However, big whales are certainly not very maneuverable at all. The shark is more agile, which is why it's in more of a position to get a bite in, although if Basilosaurus manages to get a large bite before the Megalodon, I don't think the shark'll be able to do much after that.
