There is no point pointing out the bleeding obvious.
The reason we have trolls here is because of Rexby.
Trolls love mindless idiots like him.

Hyenas are not dogs, so the biggest wild dog today is the Grey Wolf. Andrewsarchus was not a dog either, not even related to dogs- it merely resembled a dog as a result of convergent evolution.

Also, the Striped Hyena is not the biggest Hyena, The Spotted Hyena is bigger.

Youve got some serious reading to do ;)

Hyenas are hyaenids, within Carnivora.
Hyaenodontidae is within Creodonta, completely unrelated to Carnivorans such as Canis and Hyaena.

yes, I know andrewsarchus was related to a sheep or whale, but many people say it was a wolf, so I included it. hyenas ARE dogs. the grey bwolf is larger than the striped hyena, but I thought it would be fun to make that. I may be young but not thr youngest.

So by that way of thinking, you would include the "Lion Fish" or "Tiger Moth" as big cats just because they share the name????????? Andrewsarchus shares no relation with dogs beyond it's name.

Hyenas may be closer related to dogs than they are to cats, but in NO WAY are they classified as members of the dog family. They have their own family, just like Bears.

Creodonta is almost certainly paraphyletic and/or polyphyletic, so it's just an assortite arrangemente of disparate species, some of which are probably closer to carnivora than to other "creodonts"
There was an abstract of svp meeting saying so (2009?)
