Albetosaurus was built for running. I would say it takes this one home.

Carnotaurus had bigger tail muscles, but Albertosaurus had better built for speed legs, especially its advanced long metatarsal (Arctometatarsal) giving extra speed.

Albertosaurus would be ridiculously fast, espacially as an juvenile. Carnotaurus was specimen was not fully grown, making it seem faster than it actuall would have been.

Definetely Albertosaurus

Juvenile Albertosaurus/Gorgosaurus had quite similar proportions of the legs to Ornithomimosaurs.

They were certainly faster than Carnotaurus. Even adult Albertosaurus would be as fast as Carno.

But what about stamina. In terms of acceleration and outright speed, carnotosaurus is the big cat of the theropod world, however, that doesn't mean it is the high stamina wolf of the theropod world.
