Based on modern dolphin vs. shark battles, I'd go for Livyatan as the winner. Most of the suggestions so far have underestimated the impact power of the cetacean snout blow, even against a creature as resilient as a shark; but dolphins have been known to bludgeon sharks to death. For Megalodon to win, it would have to get lucky - a successful shearing bite to fin or fluke severing a significant blood vessel, then survive long enough for Livyatan to weaken/be forced to head for the surface (blood loss = oxygen loss). Otherwise - again, considering dolphin tactics against sharks at equal size, and that Livyatan is rather better suited to aggression against a large opponent than the dolphin - Livyatan has all the advantages.

A 20 meter, 105 ton shark with a 20 ton bite force with a skin that's very tough that ate 85 foot baleen whales against a giant sperm whale with teeth a little over 1 foot?Oh god. That would be hard to predict.

A 100 ton,20 meter shark is a match for baleen whales, but not a match for livyatan.
They could both die but we got a winner. Here's a story. Megalodon smelled something and followed it. It is a livyatan. They found each other face to face, prepared for a fight, and fought. Megalodon tried to bite out a fin,and livyatan tried to bite megalodon's soft, explosing belly. Livyatan lost a fin but lost it's whole belly. Megalodon dies. Livyatan enjoys his dinner.

We have livyatan as winner!

Dolphins only kill smaller carchariniforms. They hae neer been observed killing a larger shark, and never alone, always in pod.

That's a very very poor comparison with the match here.

leviathan because of superiority in brains.

Either could take this one. Megalodon is more agile because it had a cartilaginous skeleton and the leviathan was superior in brains like Sodre said. Leviathan has sonar while Megalodon does not ever have to go up for air. Bite force does not matter at least in this fight because they could kill each other with a single blow in a spot. They will probably sense each other in this fight about the same time. While Megaloldon does not have an extreme amount of brains which could kill it. Leviathan could overthink and that could kill it. They probably do not have a speed advantage because they are both so bulky. Just my thought though, that Megalodon probably takes this because of the fact that Leviathan needs air. But that is just me.

We do not know if the Leviathan in the Bible is the same Leviathan we call it. It could be that way or it could be the Leviathan in the bible is a mosasaur, another whale, a plesiosaur, or a pliosaur, Heck, it could be Megalodon for all we know! I am not saying this to anyone in particular.
