I was wondering who would win: Troodon or Velociraptor. Troodon is bigger, but the Velociraptor has a bigger killing claw. SO who do you think would win?

NO. firstly, you don't revive threads like this.

secondly, troodon has endless advantages including a MASSIVE size advantage.

If you think Troodon would win, then how come you keep telling me that it was omnivorous and not a deadly dinosaur at New Antagonist of Jurassic Park 4?

WELL.....

it has a MASSIVE size advantage, but either would go down to a similar sized felid IMO.

Troodon is smarter and have the advantage of size but Velociraptor nearly as smart and have a deadly weapon and hunting technique,is use the giant toe to slash into the neck and kill the victim in an instant, besides Velociraptor has a stronger bite force and a pack of Velociraptors is maybe 6-10 but a pack of Troodons is only 3-5 so Velociraptor have a high chance to get another advantage and that is numbers so in this battle it will be a tie(both run a way) or Velociraptor(a small chance that Troodon will win I think)
For me:40% a tie,45%Velociraptor and 15% Troodon

Now this would be like a falcon vs owl fight. This fight probably did happen because the two species shared territory in Mongolia and north America(sauornithoides is Asian troodont). That being said the veloraptors greater firepower would counter the troodons larger size.Brain size is an unreliable way to determine intelligence. The troodons brain size isn't that much different from an emu.

While we know deinonychus probably hunted in packs, the same can't be said for velociraptor.Troodon had family nests, but it do not mean it hunted in packs.Troodonts are lightly built animals designed for taking small game.

Velociraptor on the other hand, was formidable for its size.I looked up a size qoute for both animals and they actually seem to be more or less the same size (troodon's length advantage is tail ).

DROMEAOSAURIDS DID NOT HUNT IN PACKS FOR THE FLYING SPAGHETTI MONSTER'S SAKE!

Then what would account for the deinonychus teeth and skeletons found with tenontosaurus? Washed up in a river together or a couple of pack members giving their lives for sake of meal?Sometimes the prey makes sure to take some of its killers with it.Happens with piranhas.

So to some it up the velociraptor would totally shred up the troodon.

Troodon was larger, slightly more intelligent than the Velociraptor(and a lot more intelligent than me). Both most likely hunted in packs. It'd be a close fight in my opinion. I cannot really say who'll win.

Who? Maybe slight advantage in favor of Troodon due to its larger size.

Troodon was about 2.5 meters long while Velociraptor was about 1.75 meters long. Velociraptor was quite a bit stockier though.
