Oh really? An animal that is way larger than Tyrannosaurus would totally loose right? T-Rex isnt strong enouph. Its true.
Dumbass, get out of here!!! You know nothing, Tyrannosaurus could use it's agility and intelligence angainst the Paraceratherium. Tyrannosaurus used it's tail to knock down it's meal. Tyrannosaurus is strong enough to deal with Paraceratherium. Learn to say enough, dumbass.

T.rex > Paraceratherium

Tyrannosaurus lived with Triceratops and Ankylosaurus, two herbivores that are sufficiently more well protected and dangerous than Paraceratherium. It shouldn't have much trouble killing the giant rhino.

Obviously your the dumbass since you cant see that Paraca would win :) and T-Rex used its tail for balance not for fighting.

Paraceratherium doesnt need horns or armor to fight. Its size does the job.

T.rexes bite could easily kill Paraceratherium, it's neck being it's most vulnerable area. It's easy to see why, it's such a large target!

In order for Paraceratherium to kill T.rex, it would need to knock the Theropod over and trample it. Something i don't really see happening. T.rex would have been the more agile of the two.

It would take several bites to take Paraceratherium down. T-Rex wont be able to get that far because Paraceratherium isnt slow so T-Rex wouldnt be able to out maneuver it. Paraceratherium would charge it head on and knock T-Rex down with one swing of its long neck and big head. That would crush the side of T-Rex and if that didnt do the job then all Paraceratherium has to do is pounce on T-Rex crushing him to death. Easy as that.

Several bites to kill? I don't think so. One good bite to the neck, and the spinal cord will be severed. You underestimate the power of T.rexes bite.

Even if the spinal cord is not severed, the neck is home to all sorts of important things like the windpipe and jugular veins. Take them out and Paraceratherium is toast.

Paraceratherium's only defense in it's natural environment is it's size, this is like asking a sauropod to take down a theropod when they're both the same size, no chance at all.
And yes one good bight to the neck would either instantly snap it in half, serve the wind pipe and leave it suffocate the death or make a huge wound that won't recover soon enough for the animal to survive. T.rex being bipedal is less agile than the mammal but the fact that one bite just about anywhere could kill Paraceratherium makes this almost useless.

First of all T-Rex isnt tall enouph to bite the back of its neck to break the spinal cord. Second of all if T-Rex tries to bite the neck that would be a mistake because the Indricotherium would then swing its neck raming its head into T-Rex's head and knocking him senseless.
