Haha could this be ronald mcdonald under another name? Sorry I was gone so long, I had a brutal first year at this vocational school. And I'll probably leave again come September....

MStar is gone?! NOOO we agreed on everything. Now I have no one to back my points. At least Big Al is still here from Milan to get us scientific papers. I see the forum is less susceptible to trolls...

Maybe it could.

<quoted text>According to his blog, which for all its errors is actually a pretty good read, its a species of Pterodactylus (longicillum, I believe). This guy, David Peters, is rather infamous among pterosaur researchers, you can read the full story (and his response) here: http://paleoking.blogspot.com/2011/05/strange...
Pteridactualus??? Ive heard of Ptreanodon but not that. And do we have any scienific papers on it by anyone beside peters???

There you are, once again, insulting me.

WAAAY before that dude. The only troll (and those "wars" you all played were stupidly ridiculous) was Giganotosaurus Fan, and the intelligent people just ignored him. No, back then we had good, healthy discussions in which we actually LEARNED more aside from various theropod sizes.

What about Prehistory96 from Columbus? Who acted like he knew what he was talking about when he claimed Liopleurodon was 82 feet long and that Giganotosaurus was bigger then Spino?

Spino was the biggest, and dont bring up lio size and start another petty argumement. And he wasnt a troll.

I know, now adays its just "Trex is the super most powerful dino that always whens with its bite and awesomness" and "Megalodon is 75 feet long and is the coolest thing that always wins no matter the proof against it." I miss when we had real discussions to benifit our minds and topics. And those "wars" where nothing but overeacting flame war kids.

LOL 69 but looking back at old threads, I think you starting posting more right before when I was leaving. And also Big Al, MStar and ronald mcdonald were really the three other guys I tended to talk with the most, and Prehistory enraged me a lot.

Yeah I know Spino was biggest and Lio size is one of the most misunderstood facts of the dinosaur era. He wasn't a troll, but he still really knew how to get on my nerves, using BBC and children's books as references.

It certainly gave them a reputation. And literally, I had the exact same book when I was like 5 and just learning about dinosaurs. Its called "Dinosaurs! The biggest, baddest, strongest, fastest" the very same book claimed that Giganotosaurus was the largest theropod with an average size of 55-60 feet long.

Yeah 69 (tee hee!) and I debated a lot also. If you can call it that, as he wasn't the most civilized...
