T.rex wins this one,it was more advanced being a Tyrannosaur and a born killer and also lived in the Late Cretaceous while Wpinosaurus epwpwas in the Early Cretaceous,I don't see why a fisher would need to get smart either.

It depends from which kind of smartness you mean. ANY PISCIVOROUS SPECIES MUST BE SMART AT DETECTING FISHES MOVIMENTS
Humans are not the only preys

Yeah, though overall T-rex is a little bit more intelligent.

Definitely T-rex, it was a much more advanced Therapod which had a much larger brain. After all, it did live some 32 million years after Spino.

So, right. You are all relating intelligence to the human state.
Which is unique, in the animal world.
Outside of this there is no comparison.

Creatures were no smarter because they lived later in Earths history.
And, creatures were no smarter for the length of their term of species existence.
Time is not the engine of intelligence such as ours!

Otherwise for instance, the coelacanth, after a 500 million years existence would be traveling the universe, beyond the speed of light.!

All species evolve an intellect along with physical ability but only to survive.
Even a gradual change in their environment causes extinction, because they can not adapt.

Again, humans are unique, our developed intelligence is unlimited, and takes us beyond the survival of day to day existence.

T'rex was not smarter than Spino, they both acquired the intelligence to survive in their own niche.

Umm... by intelligence we mean overall. As an Encephalization Quotient.

That's like saying "humans aren't intelligent compared to birds" due to their inability to fly.

All the contributors on this forum come under the heading "Human" which is 7.4 on the EQ.
But I agree with you, you are the smartest rabbit on this forum.
