If anyone would like to try I give them the best of luck, I've tried for 5 years on and off to decipher this code. It's Called 469 or the Beholder Language.
At one point in the game updates this language has appeared and has baffled thousands of tibian players. The first occurance is that these Beholders used to have 6 Eyes and in a later update now have 5. There are many books within tibia which are written in this language. You can find lots of information on it from a supported tibia fansite tibia.wikia.com

If anyone feels like a challenge post some reply's I'll look on here once a week or so and continue trying to break this seemingly unbreakable code with any new idea's from the community.

Lot's of luck for any code breaking fans like me

I was just wondering if anyone wanted to try still. I've been working on it again for a few months, again, no such luck.

I've played Tibia for over 7 years and was very interested in the Beholder language as well as finding other secrets in the game. I've come to the conclusion that this isn't a "decipherable" language, it's just used for a story in the game.

There have been several unfinished quests or areas over the years and Cip never took the time to finish them or remove the straggling text. One such example was the quest for the Necromant house: there used to be a quest for that house, but Cip removed it, however they never took the time to remove the "quest" text from the NPC north of Thais.

Cip never explained one way or another about the beholder language or other areas, like Pits of Inferno, etc.(even with hacks those places were never found or reached) It appeared through the years that there was a place that was reachable called the Pits of Inferno. People claimed there was a way into it but no one found it. Then a few years back, Cip actually added the Pits of Inferno!!! This is why I don't believe the code means anything. Cip has proved they didn't complete a lot of their "lore" in the game. And when they started expanding, just added new lore and new areas (pirate island, turtle island, jungle area, etc.)

I would advise you not to waste your time on that language, if it was decipherable, then it would have been broken already.

Also, wanted to add that the Tibia servers were hacked a few years ago and the source code leaked. There was nothing to suggest anything to the beholder language in it.

I have found only one thing, that when you say "0" to wrinkled bonelord he is responding. It appears that "0" means "space".
