The invention of the smartphone has created a world where millions of people stroll through life constantly staring into a mobile device, like Narcissus at the edge of a pond.
Earlier this fall my design team envisioned a meaningful use case for the type of glasses Google and others might be on to. We believe the "nerdglasses" have been pictured in quite awkward situations so far, where they do not always fulfill a purpose or actually would be the first choice of device.
