This paper investigates word frequency patterns in the U.S. CDC Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) database, which hardly proves anything. VAERS states that for any reported event, no cause-and-effect relationship has been established, report of an adverse event to VAERS is not documentation that a vaccine caused the event.
And note "Mentions of autism in VAERS increased steadily at the end of the last century" really? VAERS was established in 1990, one would think that 'word frequency pattern' would change.

This would be filed under grasping at straws.

Also, while thimerosal was phased out, aluminum adjuvants were not increased. Aluminum adjuvants are not used in all vaccines, plus it's been used in vaccines longer than thimerosal ever was.
