How about hiring domestic IT firms for starters.

Blame it on the Canadians.


Hmmm, a foreign computer company fromm a country with national health care and work experience on that very same program. Any long range plans we should know about?

As soon as the reporters, commentators and the curious are done the so called exchanges will speed up.
