If it were to end at that. When you have an operation, they take out your appendix because 'you're already opened up'. Just suppose they decide to sneak a peak and remove some eggs because 'you're already opened up.'
Don't think the process is one that you're "opened up" as you state. We are talking about those being discarded. You don't need an increasing supply to create a cell line.

Presumptions began with you and your soul mates accusations of Texas being backwards. If you live here, then you'll know that we are way ahead of everyone else in many catagories including medicine.

State budget surplus, law on the books that doesn't allow state leaders to operate in a deficit. A state run by conservatives. Yeah, that's us, just a bunch of rednecks.
Your not the first to come here and then start the put downs in an attempt to justify your existence. No one asked you to come here, no one will ask you to stay. But don't walk around and say were backwards. Your so far from the truth you can't ever return, just like most liberals. LOL
Please. F*ck Texas. The political environment is the epitome of simpleminded fluff in this state. It's like a hotter Alaska. King of the Hill minus the funny.

Your self delusions about medicine are irrelevant and miss the point by a mile.

What about the nearing-bottom educational system? Do you want to talk about that? Or maybe you think it's just not important, as most elitist, entitled, mediocre clowns would believe. Duhbya would be proud, and he is. And Texas still loves that noxious microbe. They'd support satan himself if he was wearing cowboy boots and a hat. And Cornyn is a freakin joke. Another rank and file ankle biter with absolutely no solutions. Perry? Some out of touch plutocrat with more non-solutions and spicy rhetoric.

Damn it took a long time to read all of these posts, but while I was reading them as I watch Syracuse beat UCONN in six overtimes, and did some other research online, I found out that as of 2004 that there were 400,000 embryos sitting, mostly unwanted or forgotten, in freezers. Some of you people like old coach, bluebonnet-thistle(?) and Eleanor have changed my mind, and I have come up with a perfect idea. We could have 50,000 "octumoms" with these embryos and that would be a way to use these embryos usefully instead of using them for something as silly as benefiting medical science. What do you think coach? Will you put me in the game?

To all of you that write on this thread with the bible in your eyes; THINK for once in your poor desillusioned lives! You have been lied to since you where babies, why would a god want to kill, take revenge, have sacrifize made for him, thinking raping women is OK but men having sex with each other (wanting it) being a sin? You must be so scared of dying, brainwashed since forever and otherwise just stupid or weak.

Obama is far from perfect, but people here in finland and swedenfelt sorry for americans when Bush stole the precidency, didnt even win it fairly. Be happy you got rid of that idiot, still have a hard time taking USA seriously after that embarassing episode of your history!
