You again?
Have you ever figured out that "A moon made of green cheese is A moon made of green cheese." is a logically true statement?
Have you figured out that your nonsense was never germaine to either your argument or mine? Why? Because a "moon made out of green cheese" has not been identified by certain knowledge, i.e. science.

Okey, here we go again, what is wrong with evolution, it has been proved by geology, biology, anthropology, microbiology and half a dozen other "ologies". So lets hear your take on it. I learned it 50 years ago, so what is the problem?

A final thought, This to me is one of the best scriptures concerning evolution.......... In Romans 1:18-25 " For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who hold the truth in unrighteousness, Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them, for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse. professing themselves to become wise they became fools, and changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things, who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the creator, who is blessed forever. Amen..........

And yet you go on to quote the so-deemed Holy Bible.
At this point in time, there is strong support to evolution, in spite of what the people scratching at it say. The only people who truly seem set against it are the religious fanatics who would go so far as to, say...quote the Holy Bible on a discussion forum.
There are dozens of interpretations to that book, and each way has its own unique contradictions and evils, leaving large holes in a proper way of believing. But you still seem to have trust that it is the truth.
Evolution is rooted in scientific study, and has implications that have holden true; it works when applied to the present and the future. So what if there are a few troubles in wrapping it around the past? We just don't have all the information. We do have enough to get a fair concept of what has been going on, even if there are a few missing points.

Nothing is underneath a bridge, but it still manages to hold up thanks to its supports and the science that defines it. I don't have much problem with a bridge, and I have even less of a problem with evolution.

You are an unoriginal, copy-catting evolutionist. What's new? You are typical of evolutrionists who lack any semblance of imaginative thought.

And my attributes, that you so kindly listed, are only exceeded by your monumental overflow of arrogance, ugliness, stupidity, wilful blindess and oh yeah, complete ignorance of anything except pseudo-science, which continue to blaze forth in your every trivial utterance.

Schools are supposed to be teaching students the best available science, which includes evolution, but does not include such pseudo-scientific ideas as "intelligent design".

This should be CLEAR to everyone who posted here. Since BOTH Evolution and God are based on beliefs... neither one should be taugh in schools. Teaching or talking about Religion is not ok in schools, and that's because ppl have different beliefs and don't want their kids to be taugh differently of what they believe. So is Evolution, talking or teaching this topic would be the same thing. Schools should have parents ask parents about this class before students take them or teachers teach it. I hope you get my point of view lol. If they let schools teach/talk about Evolution then what's the difference in talking about God. Both side don't have evidence and both side have controversy.

So CC, are you going to claim that "a moon made of green cheese is NOT a moon made of green cheese"?

What you have not figured out, CC, is that the truth, falsity, or existence of "a moon made of green cheese" has nothing to do with the truth of the tautology of "a moon made of green cheese is a moon made of green cheese".

You even pointed out that a tautology was always true, as if this was some deep, astounding principle. I have been trying to get you to understand that a tautology is trivially true. That it imparts no knowledge at all.

That you fail to grasp this is quite baffling to me, and I suppose is yet another example of fundamentalist hard-headedness.

Myths?..you must be refering to your 'theory' of evolution.

So, how about that political correctness?.. where 'up' is down and 'down is up. Yes, it's a shame the Church gets any money from its parisioners isn't it?..that money would be far better spent providing sex change operations for elemenantary school kids.

It's the 'glorious' state that should profit from the sweat of it's citizens, led by a bunch of 'crack-pot' elitists, not unlike yourself.

Yes, just count those techological innovations coming out of todays' secular 'scientific' countries..like North Korea, China, Cuba and the Soviet Union's 'gulag archipelago.' Why, they've simply run circles around America's 5th century achievements.

Your error, Big, is that there is belief, and then there is belief.

Some belief is based on faith alone. I am talking blind faith...faith that has no basis in fact. This is the type of belief one has in God, for any "evidence" one has is purely subjective and applies only to the one person. It can not be shown to any other.

Another type of belief is based on experience and facts. For example, a belief that the sun will rise tomorrow is based on the fact that it has done so every day in the past and that there is no indication at all that it will not happen as it always has.

This second type of belief is the belief in evolution. It is acceptance of the theory more than a belief. It is a realization that there is a mountain of evidence pointing at the fact of evolution and that there is no evidence pointing the other way. There is more factual evidence supporting the theory of evolution than there is supporting the theory of gravity.

Eunuch

For other uses, see Eunuch (disambiguation).
European illustration of a Eunuch (1749)A eunuch (IPA:/ˈjuː.n ʌk/) is a castrated man; the term usually refers to those castrated in order to perform a specific social function, as was common in many societies of the past. The earliest records for intentional castration to produce eunuchs are from the Sumerian city of Lagash in the twenty first century BC.[citation needed] Over the millennia since, they have performed a wide variety of functions in many different cultures such as courtiers or equivalent domestics, treble singers, religious specialists, government officials, military commanders, and guardians of women or harem servants. In some translations of ancient texts, individuals identified as eunuchs seem to include men who were impotent with women, those we would now call transsexuals and effeminate homosexuals, and those who were simply celibate.
One thing we know about Wilipedia, it's pretty much worthless as a reference. "..seems to include.." Know any gay eunuchs?

Being gay does not spread disease, being promiscuous does. Are you saying ONLY gays are promiscuous? Being gay doesn't lead to suicide, depression does. Are you saying ONLY gays are depressed? Being gay does not lead to domestic violence, being an a-hole does. Are you saying ONLY gays are a-holes?
Once again, your logic is il.
The homosexual magazine,‘Genre’ reports “..that 24 percent of the respondents said they had had more than one hundred sexual partners in their lifetime. The magazine noted that several respondents suggested including a category of those who had more than one thousand sexual partners.”- Paul Van de Ven et al., "A Comparative Demographic and Sexual Profile of Older Homosexually Active Men”.

The typical gay relationship lasts somewhere between 6 amd 18 months. Some gays have as many as 1000 sex partners during their lifetimes. So yes, I'd say being gay translates into being promiscuous.

The statistics also indicate that the suicide rate among gays is many times more than the heterosexual community.

And, the statistics that I've seen from the US government indicate that Lesbians have the highest rate of domestic violence among gays which far exceeds the 'hetero' population. Here's some references for you: "Men Who Beat the Men Who Love Them: Battered Gay Men and Domestic Violence, D. Island and P. Letellier report that "the incidence of domestic violence among gay men is nearly double that in the heterosexual population." And:“AT THE END OF THE RAINBOW: A Report on Gay Male Domestic Violence and Abuse”, By Mark Lehman.
