Actually, I said it was funny. It very humorous watching you make an ass of yourself. Not that it's all that unusual.

Schools teach children there is safety in numbers, even when it means harming other children, just like the teachers do.
Schools teach children to be hypocrites.
Schools teach children to be bigoted.
Schools teach children to be bullies, just as the teachers, the school systems teach.
How are teachers taught to deal with children that are different?
How does our gov and the laws of our land, teach its officers to deal with people that are different, when our gov officials and especially the media, purposely mispronounce their names or if arrested and the media or someone in power doesn't like them or they want to make money --sensationalism--, do they take the worst mug shots possible, while their innuendo convicts them even before a trial?
STFU, Ryan.

The childish clique always seem to leave out important things, like even though I made quite a few ignorant statements about the hammer feather, I still admitted to it. The children of the clique use each other in their childish ways, taught by the American school system.
The children refuse to address their stupid statements when called on them, instead, electing to let another child of the clique, run in, using childish name calling.
The children of the clique claim they have refuted everything anyone here says, if they aren't part of the clique, even when they haven't.
They are just big children, that were taught to be bigots and ignorant children, afraid of their own shadows.
No one here is more childish than you, Jimmy.

Do you think dogs are mindless animals? Do you think they don't understand the word NO, or good boy/girl?
What of their tail wag when you say, good boy/girl?
It's a learned behavior.

Yes, I do simply treat my dogs with love and respect and think that really that's all there is to it because I never set aside time to train them or anything like that. They pretty much take care of themselves. I keep their food and water full at all times and it seems they only eat and drink sensibly and minimally. They keep themselves absolutely clean and healthy, they don't mess up anything in the house or the yard, they sleep quitely all night - but they sure let me know if a stranger is coming! Each time this happens, they take off like a bat out of hell barking and attacking like its the end of the world, and then when think its under control, they hurry back to let me know about it and then hurry back to continue until the threat has passed. If it's someone they've met before or know about they go watch but are calm about it. Man, are they great dogs! And yes, there are some worn paths in the bushes and grass where they tend to run the shortest distance to certain points at the fence. I don't see how they could be any better than they already are. I dread bringing them to the vet for the rabbies shot because it makes them very sick for a week or two. Heavy wheezing and diahrea. I think I'm going to return the notice card saying they are deceased this time be done with it.
You're very lucky then. Some dog fall right into the human lifestyle. Some, not so much.

I wouldn't skip the rabies shot though. Lots of rabies here in Florida. I had to put a cat down a few years ago thanks to a raccoon.

It's most likely a rabid animal won't stumble into your yard, but if one did, t might be hard to tell if one or both were bitten, because of the fur, unless they are scratched or bitten on the face or blood is not licked off.
If you stop the shots, how will you deal with the uncertainty, if rabies shows up in your area, not just for their sakes, but yours as well.
Yes, like you, seeing what those shots do, I might do the same. However, if one needs a doctor, what then?
It was bound to happen. Sooner or later, Ryan would say something I actually agree with. Kinda like monkeys with typewriters, I guess.

I had a student that couldn't figure out why her dog kept tearing up throw rugs. She bought rug after rug and the dog would chew each one up. I had to explain to her that she was rewarding the dog with new rugs. Good dog! Eat this one!

Can't imagine any teacher being worse than a "fundamentalist christian creationist".

Had one once. She seemed to think that her job was to convince the poor heathen dark skinned kids to go to her fundie church. Way back then in the 60's there really wasn't any way to get her fired for doing that.

Water is an extraordinarily supreme example of purposeful, intelligent design for life.

It is is odorless, colorless, and tasteless; for a relatively narrow normal range of temperatures of the earth, water is the only substance that can exist in all three states of liquid, gas, and solid; allowing for an efficient water cycle; when solid it is a crystalline mineral, but when liquid can fill the shape of any container and flow as a fluid; water can evaporate at any temperature or pressure when either liquid or solid; at very low pressure and 0 degree Celsius, water can exist as a solid, liquid, and a gas all at the same time; because it is transparent, life processes such as photosynthesis and sight, light sensing are undisturbed; water expands as it solidifies, it becomes less dense than liquid so that water freezes from the top thus insulating the organisms below from harsh temperatures; because it has an unusually high specific heat capacity, water resists rapid changes in temperature and its presence moderates the surrounding environment as well as in bodies of organisms; because of evaporative cooling, the water that remains behind on the surface cools down and the hottest molecules leave as a gas; water molecules are held together by hydrogen bonds, there is a high surface tension which allows small objects to rest on its surface and its capillary action allows it to circulate; and nothing works better as a dissolving agent as water and allows different kinds of biological compounds to be dissolved such as blood, sap, and the liquid within cells.

Without water, life would not be possible.

Daily Horoscope for June 19

Libra

Going shopping today? Then don't be surprised if you splash out on items that are that little bit different from your usual purchases. For instance, if you set off for the supermarket you might end up buying lots of exotic ingredients so you can experiment with them. This is unlikely to get out of hand unless you're feeling bored or fed up, in which case you'll want to spend your way out of your current mood.
