Note; LIMK2b, acting downstream of p53, ensures proper execution of checkpoint arrest by modulating the dynamics of actin IL2 growth rate during polymerization.
Note; when LIMK2b is inactive drop out gene transfer ocurrs in actin cells between muscle striations, some make little difference but other non-corrected mis-transcripted genes cause fibrosis, fibroids, fibromyalgia, cystic fibrosis; motor neurone disease, and autism,etc; note; when testosterone is corrupted by HIV & pyloria bacta toxins which effects the protein p53 process it causes LIMK2b AND LIMK2a to be totally absent this also happens in HIV mis-transcription;
