Comet.

About midway through the comet-asteroid cookbook programme. Will eventually become a rather odd asteroid similar to several other organic rich NEOs.

The verdict is out on whether it came from the outer asteroid belt (clay rich organics) or the outer solar system (organic ices + clays). Will need to gain a sample to analyse to work this one out.

Have a nice day: Ag
