“Allah is a very beautiful word for God. Shouldn't we all say that from now on we will name God Allah? [...] What does God care what we call him?”

Excerpts from the Gospel of Barnabas, Part-96

Chapter 209 Mary told of JesusÂ’ situation

At this time, while the Virgin Mary, mother of Jesus, was standing in prayer, the angel Gabriel visited her and narrated to her the persecution of her son, saying: "Fear not, Mary, for God will protect him from the world." Mary, weeping, departed from Nazareth, and came to Jerusalem to the house of Mary Salome, her sister, seeking her son.

But since he had secretly retired beyond the brook Cedron she was not able to see him any more in this world; except after the deed of shame, for [then] the angel Gabriel, with the angels Michael, Rafael, and Uriel, by [the] command of God, brought him to her.

Chapter 210 Plot Takes final shape

When the confusion in the Temple ceased by the departure of Jesus, the high priest ascended on high, and having beckoned for silence with his hands he said:,'Brethren, what do we? See you not that he has deceived the whole world with his diabolical art? Now, how did he vanish, if he be not a magician?

Assuredly, if he were an holy one and a prophet, he would not blaspheme against God and against Moses [his] servant, and against the Messiah, who is the hope of Israel. And what shall I say? He has blasphemed all our priesthood, wherefore truly I say to you, if he be not removed from the world Israel will be polluted, and our God will give us to the nations. Behold now, how by reason of him this holy Temple has been polluted.'

And in such wise did the high priest speak at many forsook Jesus, wherefore the secret persecution was converted into an open one, insomuch that the high priest went in person to Herod, and to the Roman governor, accusing Jesus that he desired to make himself king of Israel, and of this they had false witnesses.

Thereupon was held a general council against Jesus, forasmuch as the decree of the Romans made them afraid. For so it was that twice the Roman Senate had sent a decree concerning Jesus: in one decree it was forbidden, on pain of death, that any one should call Jesus of Nazareth;, the prophet of the Jews, either God or Son of God; in the other it forbade, under capital sentence, that any one should contend concerning Jesus of Nazareth, prophet of the Jews. Wherefore, for this cause, there was a great division among them. Some desired that they should write again to Rome against Jesus; others said that they should leave Jesus alone, regardless of what he said, as of a fool; others adduced the great miracles that he wrought.

The high priest therefore spoke that under pain of anathema none should speak a word in defence of Jesus; and he spoke to Herod, and to the governor, saying 'In any case we have an ill venture in our hands, for if we slay this sinner we have acted contrary to the decree of Caesar, and, if we suffer him to live and he make himself king, how will the matter go?' Then Herod arose and threatened the governor, saying:'Beware lest through your favoring of that man this country be rebellious: for I will accuse you before Caesar ;as a rebel.'

Then the governor feared the Senate and made friends with Herod (for before this they had hated one another to death), and they joined together for the death of Jesus, and said to the high priest:'Whenever you shall know where the malefactor is, send to us, for we will give you soldiers.' This was done to fulfill the prophecy of David who had foretold of Jesus, prophet of Israel, saying: The princes and kings of the earth are united against the holy one of Israel, because he announces the salvation of the world. Thereupon, on that day, there was a general search for Jesus throughout Jerusalem.

Note: This is far better account than we see in Gospels-MUQ

Day of Rest , Day of Judgement, Coming of the Messiah and other such beliefs are pure bull shit. If at all one should refrain from anything it should be demon worship, human/animal sacrifices, mumbo jumbo rituals, adoration of mass murdering "prophets", books that teach bigotry/bashing of babies/stoning disobdient sons to death. Good karma, eco-sensitivity, deep aspiration for the higher truths, maintaining pure gene lines free from : a) serious diseases, b) severe p ersonality defects, c) inbreeding and d) hypogamy are the essential laws to follow for a successful , happy and peaceful life in tune with Nature and being.

An extant scripture can teach evil and superstitions. So, intelligent people evaluate a book on the basis of its contents and not because it is supposedly an original scripture. For instance, the Tanakh and the Quran may be originals but a cursory look at their foul teachings based on blood sacrifices of the human and/or animal kind, fanaticism, worship of a demonic being (EL/ALLAH) among many other beings, mass murdering sprees indulged in by their sadistic prophets, promotion of eugenic evils like incest/inbreeding and hypogamy, pseudo-science and false promises of a coming messiah and the like are sufficient to cause extreme repulsion in a thoughtful reader. The sensitive and intelligent Jews and Muslims have deserted their barbaric cults, while the unitelligent, fanatical and crude ones of these communities continue to be the observant ones. ROFL.

Observing the Sabbath is a good thing.
But what is it that makes one think that doing anything on the Sabbath even getting out of bed is work?

The temple gate was kept closed during the six working days, and opened on the sabbath. Would it not take energy to open the gate on the day of rest?

There is a difference between doing something and laboring.

People are taking things out of context when they try to say that Jesus was not crucified, according to the Qur'an.

The Qur'an does make it clear that the People of the Scripture claim they killed Jesus son of Mary, even though they did not.

Have you not seen a christian act as if they are guilty of
such a crime and then claim that they are really the ones who "put Jesus on that cross"?

Have you not heard people claim that the Jews are the ones responsible?

The Bible clearly details that the Roman government carried out the crucifixion, not the Jews or Christians.

The Roman government is not
considered as part of the People of the Scripture.

Iranaeus was not even born when the Gospels were being written. How can we take his statement as Eye Witness?
And do we have the originals of what Iranaeus wrote? Once you start investigation, you should look at every angle.
IRENAEUS WAS THE BISHOP OF GAUL WHICH WAS PART OF THE ROMAN EMPIRE THEN AND NOW LYONS, FRANCE.
He was most influeced by St. Polycarp who was a disciple of John the disciple and familiar with the teachings of Jesus's THAT WERE NOT ISLAMIC!

His writings , WHICH WERE SO CLOSE TO TIME THE GOSPELS WERE PENNED, are one of the earliest references that Christians have to the godspels, AND NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO FORGE EARLIER EVIDENCE SO THEY'RE GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME!!!!!!!

Irenaeus was so against the gnostics who authored false Gospels because they didn't have any authentic ones, THAT I TRUST HIS WORDS!!!!!!!

HAS ANYONE BOTHERED TO WORK OUT WHY ALLAH DIDN'T CONFESS THAT HE PUT A REPLACEMENT ON THE CROSS, TO THE MUSLIM EYEWITNESSES, to stop the formation of Christianity?

MONOLATRISM, POLYTHEISM, MONISM & UNIFIED FIELD

1) Monolatry which is the worship of one being out of many rival beings makes one a fanatic, an ignoramus and leads to jealousy, unhealthy competition with the followers of other beings and ends in war and genocides. Judaism and Islam are prime examples of monolatrist cults that have chosen as the object of worship one being from a multitude of competiting beings. We see the scriptures of these cults choc-a-block with bigotry, hatred, parochialism, violence and jealousy of the worst kind . This form of worship ranks as the most inferior kind of worship.

2) Polytheism is the recognition and acceptance of all the beings without any discrimination. Such an approach augurs well for global peace and makes one pluralistic and accomodating in outlook and from a yogic perspective it confers on the polytheist the benefits/blessings of all the beings.

3) Monism is the progressive experience of the ultimate nondual state of consciousness from which one perceives the reality of the One manifesting as the Many and this as a result brings about the greatest benefit as then one is in a state of perfect equanimity with the entire Manifestation and its Source. However, monism makes an erro when it considers energy a manifestation of consciousness. Consciousness cannot become energy and energy cannot be converted into consciousness. Both consciousness and energy are unified into one reality and are like the obverse and revr se sides of a coin.

4) The Unified Field approach of the supramental yoga exceeds monism by experiencing every strand of existence as aspects of a unified field of consciousness-energy.

The Jews at the time of Jesus had "No Power" to hang or crucify anyone, because they were being ruled by Romans. So the execution HAS to be approved and executed by the Romans.

But Jews did arrest Jesus and had a "religious trial" before their Sanhedrin and convicted him, and condemned him. Then they took him first to Herod and and then to Pilate to execute their condemnation.

What Romans had to do with Jesus? Why they should crucify him? If you read Gospel' accounts, it were jews who were "heart and soul" behind the entire issue.

And they even said "let his blood be on our heads and heads of our children"...

I do not know why "Christian Friends" are coming out in droves and saying "jews are innocent"...when Jews themselves never give any apology and never say anything good about Jesus.

Is it not a strange situations? Christians "bending themselves over their back" to exonerate Jews of the crime, as if they are :mental slaves" to the Jews.

What else is called brain washing?

You are not aware of the "law of evidence" in Islamic system. Unless Iraneus says specifically that Polycorp said to me and John told Polycorp such and such....any statement of Iraenus cannot be accepted on behalf of Apostle John.

This is how Islamic system of narration works and now I want to ask, what is your source of info regarding Iraneous? Have you copy of his "original manuscript", or again some one says that Iraenus wrote such and such?

To prove authenticity of any statement is not that easy. It is only in Islam that you find the complete chain of narrators along with their biography and date of death, so one can verify the chain.

I know that in Christianity every thing works on "good will" and every one believes that people of earlier generations did not tell lies and did not corrupt the scriptures. This is not correct.

Changing and tweaking scriptures in Christianity is "as old" as the religion itself and it started with Paul, who became a "self claimed" apostle of Jesus and no one raised any finger!!

They lie!
Haven't you heard it is being said all the time that the Father is God, the son is God and the Holy Ghost is God?
Haven't you also heard it being said all the time that the Father is not the Son and not the Ghost, the Son is not the Father and not the Ghost and the Ghost is not the Father and not the Son?
And that these three are distinct and co-equal. They talk about a Godhead, not God.
So, how does the example of water, steam and ice fit this nonsense? Please try to explain, if you are not confused.
What is crystal clear to you is that the Father (Water) became Jesus (ice cube), had himself killed, got up, became Father (Water) again and some times came as a Ghost (Steam or Vapour). Is that so?
Trying to teach logic to these people?

Will any one but totally dumb person will believe in such a Non Sense concept?

And it is really hilarious when you find people "trying to explain Trinity thru Reason and Logic" it is nothing short of comical.

And it is the same people who look with microscope to find faults in Islam.

Strange but true.
