Divers find Caesar bust that may date to 46 B.C.

Divers trained in archaeology discovered a marble bust of an aging Caesar in the Rhone River that France's Culture Ministry said Tuesday could be the oldest known.

looks like a repro from the Victorian era. france is promoting tourism,but it shouldn't lie. shit, they've got tons of great art and stuff already. its sarkozy, he's whack-job

If it's a repro...it's from the Empire Period...Realism to a fault...It might make sense that it is a bust from 46 bc, not from after his death as it would have then become idealized. This certainly isn't. Don't though, blame Sarkozy.....blame Napoleon.
