Whitewash. Propaganda persists instead of a scholarly discussion of slavery.

What the??!!, Is there something wrong about being buried with your slaves? Who doesn't do that? What sort of impious beatnik crackpot ever, and I mean ever, thought about that? Would it be better if they had their heads? C'mon ... what would a slave do in the realm of Odin with his head? Think? I rest my case. Except the part about a scholarly discussion of slavery. Is this creep a total douchebag? What sort of scholarly discussion about slavery can we possibly have that hasn't been had? And if he means a discussion of slavery practiced by the warlike Norseman, let him be precise and say so or, as a Norseman myself, I will be obligated to slice 'n' dice him for his violation of clarity. Who lets clowns like this onto Topix?
