Native American Site Leaves Miami in Quandary

The attorney is absolutely correct, all major cities have been built on the remains of prior ones. If we are going to try and preserve these sites as historic, we will never be building new ones. The past is nice to remember. However, it is the past and very few people care about some circles left in the dirt.
