This is one of the most ridiculous articles attempting another stab at European existence and their work ethic. Europe and America worked and farmed, including all family members. Europeans had to be able to have food for the winter. People around the equator did not, it was there all year long. This has nothing to do with wealth. Cultural differences may have much to do with wealth as some cultures do not grasp a good work ethic. If anything, the law system in England made many people wealthy by the eldest son inheriting all wealth from the father, therefore, the rest of the brothers and sisters had to leave to another land (America) to find their own wealth. Quit the Caucasian shaming.
