Well all I can say is start looking on google earth...if Lou Batalis is still alive (regardless of his memory), then why not interview him directly!?
The story is obviously promoting the doco, and we will just have to wait see, surely what ever it was that was in ancient greek you can bet on it that the greeks took 100% possession of this and guard it's secret.

I would have to agree (and by the way I am neither Greek nor Macedonian) with you from documentaries I have watched it appears to me that Alexander was Macedonian, was he not known as the King of the Macedons'? aren't Macedons, Macedonians? can you explain why is it that Greeks think Alexander was Greek?
As for the topic I really do not think that it is true..why would Alexander be left here unless....
if that is the case then Macedonians discovered Australia not the British nor the Dutch, nor the Portuguese...
We would have to rewrite our whole history wouldn't we, at least a good chunk?

Macedonia was one of the City States of Ancient Greece..eg. Corinthians, Thessally, Sparta, Athens et al. He united the Greeks and destroyed the Persian empire which had attcked the Greeks 100 years earlier. He spread Hellenism to the outer reaches of the known World..
