Cistern found at St. Augustine property

Tax payers have paid for purchasing this property and digging up gas tanks. Yet this cistern is found when the new private property owners do demolition and plan to move part of the building that is left out of the original footprint. The free publicity that the private owners are receiving should bring shame to the reporter and his local paper.
