I read honey has many antioxidants, I broke down and bought some honey.
I don't put it in my tea, instead I pour some in my yogurt, or in my cereal....yum yum

Oops, the newspaper has pulled that article. I wonder why? Did I miss a good one?

The benefits of honey (real honey, that is) can hardly be overstated. In fact, they are so under-stated it is disgraceful.

Honey (and all the products of the bee) are in direct competition with our great medical culture, and cheap, available, free of side effects, etc.

I have saved a fortune in my lifetime by avoiding medical care and using apiary products to help me maintain my health.

There is no common disease or ailment that one of the bee products does not compliment and assist with.

Overstated? BLAH! They are just not profitable enough for the system to support them, that's all!

Well, actually, Quattro, honey has never been any more affordable than it is right now.

What is actually happening is, our money is getting more and more worthless as each day goes by thanks to inflation. But as a percentage of our daily disposable incomes (on average) honey is very affordable.

So it is only rising in price, as denominated in dollars. It has a long way to go yet if the product is to remain in the marketplace.

Wait until it is re-designated as a medicine, controlled by multi-nationals and dispensed by prescription. It will be expensive then, for sure.

And it is free for those who keep a beehive or two.

Good Health and Long Life!

Chuck, Maybe what Zelda meant was, "I stepped up and bought honey!"

Making a conscious decision to choose honey in preference to other sweeteners can revolutionise ones life. Good Luck, Zelda. Read "The Honey Revolution" and you will be on your way to a whole new level of energy and happiness.

Cheers,

John

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Cancer

You feel the urge to move onward, powered by your wisdom: when you're right, you're right. You may feel that any further explanation is unnecessary, but the people you're dealing with might need it spelled out for them. Take the time to draw a picture or use smaller vocabulary words to get your point across, Cancer. A public demonstration will probably prove to be the last word on the subject.
