This is the most boring article ever written. It should win a prize. No one cares about this woman or all the minor-league shit she accumulated in 28 years and now has to throw away. It's interesting to her, apparently; interesting enough to flip the "Hey, I could write about this!" switch. But there's a switch missing, some sort of reality-check, super-ego thing: will others be interested in this? Do I have a riveting style? That switch apparently doesn't work. Maybe that's because in Iowa you can write about squat and people are too "polite" (read: oversocialized and inhibited or simply illiterate) to call it what it is. Or, simply, too fucking stupid. This is a lot of what is wrong with our country. That and a highly developed infantile selfishness. After the great Obama retires, I'm all for a ticket of Britney Spears and any one of the amazing Kardashians. Or Bethenny and Hoppy -- they'd fight and that'd be cute!
