Pompeii exhibition brings doomed town to life

There are 2 comments on the FOX Carolina story from Mar 26, 2013, titled Pompeii exhibition brings doomed town to life. In it, FOX Carolina reports that:

Most visitors will know how residents of Pompeii and its neighbor Herculaneum died - in the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 A.D. The volcano, long thought dormant, belched out a superheated cloud of fast-moving gas and debris that incinerated residents where they stood - and preserved the towns as museums of Roman life, frozen in time.

Did you see their other exhibit? It's about the eruption of Mount Obamius, which rained trillions of dollars in debt upon the people during an 8-year long eruption of mindless spending. It belched out a superheated cloud of worthless I.O.U.s and unsustainable borrowing that incinerated resident's bank accounts where they stood, burying them alive and leaving their heirs totally bankrupt. It was like Cyprus last week, just a lot bigger!

Poor slobs. They never knew what hit them.
