Prrof again of the Sinhala dominance in Sri Lanka from over 2000 years ago.

With all the concrete bunkers the LTTE had to dig, you'd think they'd have come accross some evidence of Tamil constructed hospitals, schools, universities.

So either the LTTE did find such evidence but never made them public.

Or more probably, they found evidence of Sinhalese dominance in the North and destroyed the remains to continue propagating their false myth of Eelam

Moda Banda, it is your corrupt archeological department that says so. They bring up evidence out of their hat. They buy artifacts in black market and bury them in their so called ancint cities. They a Monk goes and dig and find what these morons bury......This becomes a news next day on the government controlled media. Who are you trying to fool?

Soulja - you are such an idiot.

How the hell did the Archaeology department buy a 200tonne 40 foot tall Buddha statue and place it in Avukana. Then convince the Afghans to build a perfect replica.

How did the archaeology dept buy a 200ft rock fortress and place it in the hills of Matale.

What I find interesting is that the Tamils didn't allow anyone into the North for 30 years. In that time they built irrigation systems and dug deep concrete bunkers.

If there was any archaelological evidence to prove Tamil existence in the north they should have found something in the last 30 years. But they didn't, if they had, Tamilnut.com wouldv'e been all over it.

It is far more likley that the LTTE found evidence of Sinhalese dominance in the North and so they destroyed the finds and kept quiet.
