Ruins of ancient hospital discovered in Sri Lanka's historic city of Anuradhapura

Dec 16, Colombo: Archaeological researchers of Sri Lanka have discovered the ruins of an ancient hospital, believed to be about 2,000 years old, in Anuradhapura, the historic capital city of North Central Province.

How the hell did the Archaeology department buy a 200tonne 40 foot tall Buddha statue and place it in Avukana. Then convince the Afghans to build a perfect replica.

How did the archaeology dept buy a 200ft rock fortress and place it in the hills of Matale.

What I find interesting is that the Tamils didn't allow anyone into the North for 30 years. In that time they built irrigation systems and dug deep concrete bunkers.

If there was any archaelological evidence to prove Tamil existence in the north they should have found something in the last 30 years. But they didn't, if they had, Tamilnut.com wouldv'e been all over it.
