What did the child do to the dog,? Labradors are not usually biters. She must have antagonized Phineas, teased him or hurt him

Did anybody see Springfield News tonight? I wasn't able to sit down and watch it. But I was listening and it sounded lije I heard it mentioned more than twice how Phineas had bitten twice before and then it sounded like they saix twice since. I may have heard wrong. Did anybody happen to see it? I may have misunderstood . But if I heard right it must been a report requested by the mayor.

What is now going on with Phineas? Why isn't anything else being done. Let this dog go free. Why won't the Mayor vacate this order to kill this pet. Can't he see how gentle this dog is after 1 year.

When is the mayor going to do something about the puppy mills in his own area? why not put the owners away for 1 year? Or is there to many politics involved, to be concerned about the welfare of animals?

The mayor keeps telling them that it was reported that there were two previous bites, but that came from the family who filed charges and it was all in one report.

The puppy mills are seen as just farming as usual and many, including the local paper, see nothing wrong with it. Sad, isn't it?

But we just elected puppy mill owning Jason Smith to the US Congress. It just gets sadder and sadder.

I kind of wonder who is on the other end of it though. It might be good to check with Attny General or somebody higher up to see if its legitimate

If it's real and it's the state they won't tell anyone anyway. Same for the Feds. Ongoing investigations are never discussed even to say they exist.

Some people will take a chance for that amount of money. Looks like someone already has.

Fasten your seatbelts, it's going to bumpy for a while.

I will say it appears that an attorney wrote it. No idea if they were hired for that purpose or what but it's a lawyer that wrote it.

What happened to the dog? I have searched and found no updates except it is an undisclosed location. Are the owners including children still able to visit their family pet? And does anyone involved know what a dogs life span is??????!!!!

1) the dog has been moved to a local vet.

2) the owners are allowed to visit.

3) it depends on the breed, smaller dogs live longer then larger breeds, for example, a chihuahua will live 12 to 16 years, an english mastiff 10 to 12.

hope this helps.

The photos of the alleged dog bite are human. Neither dogs or cats bite in an oval pattern. This kill order is being driven by a political agenda...not sure what it is, but the dog is not vicious.

I read it. Camm Seay basically said they can ignore physical evidence.

Evidently no one is ever mistaken or lies around here...
