Why does Caryville need a council. There is no town!! Yes, they have city water. All they need is the city clerk and some one to read the water meters. It doesn't take a council to do that. Disband the council and keep the clerk and Gene to run the city. I went to some of the FEMA meetings and I was under the impression that the land would be maintained and it would be like a big park where the residents once live and if they like they could come back to there old home site for a picnic or whatever. Not true. The land is leased and what isn't leased is being destroyed by loggers.

Hello, I applied for hotel expenses refund following IRMA. After appealing they made me eligible. It was at the beginning of February. But the amount is still not displayed since that date. No call, no update and still waiting. I called the assistance center, they seem lost and know less than me about it. Where can I do or contact to get my case done please ?
