Maybe it is you who should pay better attention- like I said I know her professionally (i.e. have worked with her) therefore, I did and do know how to spell her name correctly.
|
Maybr you should get to know her personally or is this you Ms Sweeney? When I had my business you didn't come in for 3 years and when there was a write up in the paper about restaurants not being inspected every year the following week a young african american man came in to inspect my place. Well we are retired since last yesr but I do have my records to show the proof! |

No, I am not Kathy, but probably the person who worked on the food borne illness investigation that involved your resturant for how angry to sound about the system. If you run a good establishment and stand behind your product, you should not be bitching about how often you get inspected. The problem with the system is there are not enough inspectors for all the Tom-Dics and Harrys that open up a resturant. If anything, you should not be mad at her but at the system for not having your yearly inspection. |
Never had a bad inspection in 18 years, your response is typical of someone slacking on the job and covering her or his own azz. You know those inspections are to be done yearly, and then pass restaurants that you know are filthy because you are too lazy or really don't give a crap because you don't eat in them anyway. |
