Combining Boone's voting precincts could be problematic

Everyone has the right to vote. Not just "rooted" people. Open a book some day.

It's called voter suppression and it is the only way that republicans can gain a voting majority. And students live in the boone area about 10 montages out of the year for 4-6 years. Should Simone that moves to boone be required to wait 4-6 years before they can vote? The students may be here for only a few years, but the student body is ever present, so yes, the elections directly affect the student body. Therefore they should have a voice in those decisions.

Why don't we hold municipal elections in the summer. That way, the majority of the students are gone. And if the students REALLY want their voice to be heard, they can come back to vote.
