If they were selling the victim "Diesel Fuel" to be used as "Fuel Oil" he was being screwed. Fuel Oil is a beter qualtity that Diesel Fuel and is normally sold a cheaper price. If he ordered "Diesel Fuel" the person who made teh delivery was either stupid or was giving the wrong information. There is no reason to put "Diesel Fuel" into a home.

The only difference in the two oils are the taxes paid on them. Diesel has a road tax, off road diesel and heating oil do not. Kerosene is #1 fuel, diesel and heating fuel are #2 fuel.
