This idiot was turned in for the same thing 3 or 4 years ago. Too bad someone did not keep an eye on him I think he only lost one then, when the law came.

Are you serious? This person has done this before? Are they mental? I only ask because it would take an insain person to do this twice. If they couldnt care for them they could have given them away via the country sale.

We reported him 3 mts before all of these cows died. They came out and investigated and issued him a warning....I guess that taking action is hard to do however, knowing now that he had priors I was the law would have been a little harder when we reported it.....

Maybe whoever warned him should have kept an eye on the cows and not dropped the ball. You would think that if he was warned they would have watched him. The Stover paper said he had been warned last fall. Guess you have to remember it is Morgan county and they do not seem to care what happens to animals.

I know someone who turned him in about 5 or 6 years ago for animal abuse. The sheriffs dept was called, they went to the residence to investigate, only to find out the cow that was reported had died before the authorities arrived. He was supposedly given a warning then.....5 OR 6 years ago!!!!!! I personally hope they throw the book at the man. If nothing else, some poor family would have loved to have gotten one of the cows to butcher for meat to feed their families. Not to mention how inhumane he is. And, you can't tell me he didn't know they were starving to death.

This guy may Finally get his reward for letting these cattle starve. It appears that more than just the local authorities are now involved, so he will not be able to weasel out, this time.

There was another person that had several ( around 85) dead cows a few years ago, cops and humane soc were involved. Nothing happened, he is a pastor and part time teacher.

What about the guy who shot the cats with an arrow and left them to die..he was charged with two felonies...now the humane Soc. is thinking of reducing the charges
The justice system does not work in Morgan county.
